Victoria Arias Fraasa
Vice President
The daughter of a Spaniard/Filipino father and American mother, Victoria grew up in Miami, Florida. After graduating from Florida State University she worked in New York City for the next ten years in various film industry jobs including a camera woman for CNN, film stage manager, and producer of music videos and commercials.
After years of successfully producing high end music videos and commercials, she turned her efforts to developing and directing short films. Her first short film "Breathless" was accepted in 1998 by the Independent Film Projects' Independent Feature Film Market.
Her next film, "Maria of the Flowers" was awarded first place in "Collaboration…A Short Film Contest" held in Miami. The film premiered in London at the BBC British Short Film Festival and has been accepted at several Hispanic Festival across the United States.
Victoria, with her cinematographer husband Steve Fraasa, is owner of Fraasa Films, Inc. which produces and directs infomercial's, commercials and short films for the book industry.
Victoria is currently working in both Los Angeles and Florida as a director.
Edmond P. English
Accounting
After obtaining his 4-year degree Mr. English went into network security. He worked on computer networking, security and administration for over 12 years, 4 as a manger. In college he worked behind the scenes with lighting and sound for stage productions. He also did some acting, which he pursued later in life, being on several regional television commercials.
Mr. English began studying online commercial creation using Adobe products. After taking an interest in book trailers he was trained to do editing and has created such book video as Surviving Demon Island, Parallel Series, We’ll Never Tell, All Romance eBooks TV Commercial and many more.
Michael E. Miller
Technical Advisor/Consultant
Michael is a founding member of Circle of Seven Productions. He has been the Director of Photography and/or Editor for dozens of Book Trailers.
Michael has been into music, film, video, graphics and special effects for over 30 years. He also holds a 2-year degree in electronics, specializing in video.
Michael brings years of technical experience to the company. He worked an as electronic technician for over five years. He has written dozens of programs in assembly language, C, BASIC and JavaScript. In addition to that, Michael worked as the head of the computer department for a Lockheed Martin company for over seven years.
Michael has built a very large number of computers from scratch as well as designed and installed major networks. Michael has custom-built every computer that he uses for COS Projects.
Michael exploits all of his past experience and knowledge to help COS and its Partners to solve any technical issues that may arise.
Michael is a member of the International Academy of the Visual Arts.

Joe Gruberman
Executive Producer - AZ
Joe Gruberman is an award-winning writer/producer whose projects have included four independent feature films and three television programs, as well as many shorts and commercial ads, several of which have been produced under his banner of Bronck's Park Productions. An accomplished director, videographer and editor, Joe launched a free educational series for indie filmmakers in 2004 and continues that series to this day under the sponsorship of IFP/Phoenix, where he serves as Education Director.
Joe is also an American Red Cross volunteer, and is on the board of the Arizona Screenwriters' Association.
Garrett Valdivia
Distribution Coordinator
Garrett Valdivia grew up in Southern and Central California with an intense interest in creative media. During his school years, he learned graphic arts, music theory, and many things about film and video game production.
After graduating early, at the age of 16, he got a job at Soundtrax Studios as a Foley Artist and spent several months recording sound effects tracks for various theatrical films, including Pool Hall Junkies.
Then moving to Central California, he became more interested in web design and web marketing. He spent several years making a living with these skills, focusing on learning and delivering bleeding edge technology with his websites and teaching people how to market their site so that it actually brought them the results that they wanted.
During this time, he also created and maintained Tech-Bites.com and KevinAndGarrett.com, both of which are teaching oriented. He gained his marketing knowledge through a number of reputable marketers, made a large impact on 2007's 30 Day Challenge, and was a member of the private marketing group, The Immediate Edge. His web marketing class was offered through Yosemite High's Adult Education program and he and his partner were invited to speak at many business groups, including the Chamber of Commerce.
He is currently working as a freelance web designer and marketer, living in Lexington, Kentucky and honored to be filling a variety of roles for the COS team.
Denese Rodden
Distribution Coordinator
Denese started out as a production partner in 2007 and quickly realized she wanted to be more involved with COS. She has been Distribution Coordinator for 1 year and has been a valuable addition to our team. As distribution has evolved, COS continues to be on the cutting edge. Denese is responsible for coordinating distribution to help maintain the company's high distribution standards. She continues to create and edit video projects as a Production Partner as well.

H.W. Miller
Distribution Manager
H.W. Miller has worked in the music industry for over 35 years. He has a background in publicity, marketing and promotions. He has worked with such country music favorites as Mickey Gilley, David Frazell, Shelly West, and others. Mr. Miller has homes in California and Arizona and operates our online distribution at both sites, with a primary office in Yuma, AZ. Wayne has helped to establish COS on over 150 online sites since he started in 2006. He monitors our online sites every day and evaluates each site. Mr. Miller is currently considered the leading authority on social media sites for book video distribution.
Lisa Torres
Screen Writer
An aspiring writer, Lisa is thrilled with the opportunity to work as a part of Circle of Seven. Getting her start by writing for her own pleasure she was soon urged by friends to try her hand at a bigger pond and eventually became a finalist in the Romantic Times Magazine Bordella contest in 2004.
In 2005 and 2006 she decided to enter the National Novel Writing Month challenge and both years won, writing 50,000 words in 30 days. She is completing both stories as full manuscripts while keeping her muse on her toes as she works with COS to look for new and creative ways to connect with readers.
She recently moved from her hometown in New York to a sunnier and decidedly warmer climate in Florida.
