The Zombie Today Show web series promotes books, laughs and wins awards!

“Well written.. I think it's satire. But, maybe, just maybe, it's real.” Jokes the EMPIxx Award judge, “Captured my attention, well produced.” The series won for Best Comedy and received the Gold EMPIxx Award.

Circle of Seven Productions along with producer and best selling author Heather Graham created a comedy web series that has just won its second award. Earlier this year the show won for Best Comedy at an international film festival.

The show is part comedy, part soap opera and part talk show. Circle of Seven Productions is best known for book trailers and so, in keeping with book promotion, they included Zombie Book Reviews in each show. Authors such as Heather Graham, Lori Foster, F. Paul Wilson and others had their book featured during shows. The show also featured some well known zombies such as Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, both shows did very well online.

With this being the second win for the comedy show talks have started on next season's series. How they can top a singing, zombie Michael Jackson will be interesting to see! They hope to bring back Mr. Jackson as well as some other beloved characters.

Co-directors Sheila Clover English and Victoria Fraasa will both be returning for season two as well as actors J. Michael Briggs and Heidi Selexa.
