From social media specific to the thriller genre to book trailers and marketing on a budget, Circle of Seven Productions CEO Sheila Clover English speaks at a variety of conferences this year, including ThrillerFest.

As the Social Media Committee Chair for the International Thriller Writers Association, Sheila English spends a lot of time online, working on social sites, watching trends specific to the thriller/suspense genre. So when she was asked to return to ThrillerFest and offer a session on social media she chose to concentrate that in the genre specifically.

ThrillerFest is in New York City in July, 2010. This will be the second time English has spoken at the event. Last year she did a panel with bestselling author Douglas Clegg and other industry professionals as well as a session on social media marketing.

"My session was on a Friday evening in New York City, " says English, "I didn't expect there would be many people. I was honestly surprised to have the room fill up! So this time I wanted to be more specific and target sites that are good for thriller writers and readers."
