An interview with Cory Doctorow, author of For The Win and Little Brother, an evening with Barbra Streisand and a great line up in industry workshops and author interviews started the week for COS at BEA in New York City this week!

Cory Doctorow, one of the leading YA authors and a great guy! COS was asked to interview Cory Doctorow at BEA and expect that to be released next month. "This is the convention you have to attend if you're a serious industry professional." Says Victoria Fraasa, COS Productions, VP. This is her third year at the event and it keeps her busy all week long.

The week started on Monday for COS who, this year, got a meeting room in order to conduct interviews and meetings prior to the exhibit floor opening. "This has been the busiest BEA for us to date," says COS CEO Sheila Clover English. "We're meeting with editors, marketing people, authors, clients and other industry professionals and really needed a place just for oursleves, but didn't really need a booth." English continues.

With over 200 exhibit booths to visit this year, COS sent three representatives to the event and expect to stay busy the entire week.
