COS YouTube profile sees spike in views, comments, ratings and subscriptions

In one year COS received 1.6 million views on YouTube alone according to the analytics supplied by TubeMogul.  The main COS YouTube channel recently broke 100,000 views to the main page and over 500 subscribers who have COS video delivered directly to their email accounts.

"Our YouTube channels have grown organically and through strategic advertising", says CEO Sheila Clover English. "Though our main YouTube channel remains the most popular of our YouTube sites we also have genre specific YouTube channels that we've seen increases on."

Last year duing Book Expo America the COS YouTube site received over 15,000 views within three days.  COS was a sponsor of BEA 2009 and gave out over 200 COS DVDs in one day.

Other popular sites for COS video includes MySpace, Twitter, Revver, DailyMotion and other popular video destinations.  With a list of over 450 sites that can be used for uploading video COS hopes to see overall video views rise significantly.
