Troubleshooting

If you are unable to view the videos, the most common solution is to update your browser.

This site is best viewed with a resolution of 800x600 (or higher) and supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0+ or Netscape 7.0+, Firefox 1.0+, and Safari 1.2+.  We also recommend a minimum modem connection speed of 56Kbps and that you enable JavaScript.

Also be sure you are running the most current version of Adobe Flash Player.
